Troubleshooting

What should I do if a transaction fails?

If a transaction fails, follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection - Poor connectivity can interrupt transactions
  2. Verify your balance - Ensure you have sufficient funds
  3. Check transaction limits - You may have reached your daily limit
  4. Restart the app - Close and reopen Payzar
  5. Try again - Sometimes transactions fail due to temporary issues

If the problem persists:

  • Check the "Transaction History" to see if the transaction is listed as pending or failed
  • Contact support with the transaction reference number
  • If funds were deducted but not received, we'll help trace the transaction

Most failed transactions automatically reverse within 5 minutes. If funds don't return to your account within 24 hours, contact our support team.

How do I update my personal information?

Updating your personal information depends on what needs to be changed:

Basic information (email, phone number):

  1. Go to "Profile" in the app
  2. Tap "Edit" next to the information you want to change
  3. Follow the verification steps (OTP sent to new number/email)
  4. Save changes

Name or ID number changes:

  • Contact support directly for assistance
  • You'll need to provide documentation supporting the change
  • This may require re-verification of your account

Bank account changes:

  1. Go to "Bank Accounts" in the app
  2. Remove old bank accounts
  3. Add new bank accounts (requires verification)
